I'm a stay at home mom who enjoys reading when I get the time. Other things I like are photography (no talent, but enjoy the work of others), movies, gardening (my thumb is a shade somewhere between dirt brown and split pea soup, sorry plants!), and playing with my daughters and dogs.
My childhood family is from the deep south, near New Orleans.
"Y'all" is a permanent fixture in my vocabulary. This seems to amuse the mid-westerners where I live now.
This blog is my journal and I am surprised when I see one or two views of a post I've written.
